Crying
Crying Man, Kazuya Akimoto, 2007
Kazuya Akimoto Art Museum
I never used to cry.
For men of my generation, this was not done.
All that is behind me now.
My eyes stream whenever I think of her
I choke up at the least emotion, whatever its spark
This is my depression at work.
Can I move on?
Do I want to move on?
I cling to the memory; I do no want to let it go
But I also want to survive
In time I must divert the tears
There is no other way.
